To date Fargo has sold several card printer encoders to various Iraqi customers throughout the country. Customers use Fargo's "instant-issue" card printers to make personalized bus and train passes, driver's licenses, hotel room access cards, library cards, membership cards, parking passes, retail loyalty and discount cards, and security and student identification cards. Fargo’s Iraq partner is based in Baghdad and it operates technical service centers in other key Iraqi cities. All of Fargo’s equipment is manufactured in the U.S. Fargo’s partner employs 10 Iraqis to work in areas of sales, marketing and technical support.
