David Yarden bringing Synergy between Real Estate and Art to Homestead New York

(PRWEB) September 5, 2007 -- David Yarden is the latest addition to Homestead NYC's management team. He has joined the organization as the new Managing Director, responsible for a team of over 35 staff. We are particularly excited about David joining us as he has a very rich and diverse background which makes him a strong leader and a valuable addition to our team; Israeli born, with a substantial career in the air force - David is definitely prepared for the challenge. His extensive experience in management and dealing with large customers will surely be of great benefit in this role.

David has spent a few years living in Singapore, which has exposed him to different cultures and ways of doing business - this enhances his ability to reach out to a wider profile of counterparts and potential clients. Spending over 2 years in the high end art industry in New York, has given David a great opportunity to expand his network and create business alliances between the art buyers and the real estate market in terms of diversifying their investments.

David is a highly motivated, hard working perfectionist, who relates well to a broad range of people and personalities. His addition to the Homestead team will surely benefit our real estate business and relationships in New York City. When asked about his move from the Art world to Real Estate he replied:

"I think that the real estate and art world are not far apart, in both a client makes either a significant emotional purchase by acquiring an apartment or a painting that they love or a well calculated investment. In either scenario, a good agent can help make the right decision. The difference is the perception of these worlds in the public eye; while the art world is considered to be the elite of sales with high-end clientele and very sophisticated personnel, the real estate world is perceived as having staff that are focused purely on their own commissions and not in creating a deal in the best interests of their client.

I would like to bring the perception of the art world to the real estate realm with different business conduct and principles. I wish to run a real estate company with knowledgeable sales people, a great atmosphere and ethics of getting the best deal for the business and the client. This creates a positive reputation and repeat customers."

Homestead New York is the downtown leading real estate company with a newly opened branch in the Upper East Side and one more branch to be opened by the end of the year. With unrivaled sales and rentals record the company had almost single handedly changed the perception of the Financial District in the eyes of the customers.
